These Terms of Service govern your use of the Drop Zone Grooming Company website and your purchase of products from us. By visiting the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked on the site. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Store and Account Use

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your location to make a purchase. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, contact, billing, and shipping information. Products and Information

Screen settings, photography, packaging updates, and small-batch production may cause minor differences in color or appearance. Fragrance perception varies by person and environment. Product descriptions and scent comparisons are informational and do not guarantee that a product will smell or perform exactly the same for every customer.

Prices, Availability, and Orders

Prices, promotions, product availability, and product details may change without notice. Taxes and shipping charges are shown when applicable. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; an order is accepted when we confirm or fulfill it. We may limit quantities or cancel or refuse an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, resale activity, payment problems, or legal restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled amount.

Payments, Shipping, and Returns

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method submitted at checkout for the order total. Shipping, delivery, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our posted Shipping & Returns Policy and any terms displayed at checkout.

Selection and Customer Accounts

Registration for Selection may create or connect a Shopify customer account so that you can access order and program information. Selection, rewards, rankings, discounts, sample availability, and membership benefits may be changed, paused, or discontinued. Unless we expressly state otherwise, rewards and promotional benefits have no cash value, are nontransferable, and may be subject to additional terms.

Intellectual Property

The site and its content—including the Drop Zone Grooming Company name, logos, artwork, product names, labels, photographs, text, graphics, and design—are owned by or licensed to Drop Zone Grooming Company and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for personal, noncommercial shopping and information. No other license is granted.

Changes and Severability
